Your right to restrict processing

Right to restriction

You have the right to request a restriction in the processing of your personal data if one of the conditions in Art. 18 (1) a) to d) DS-GVO is met:

  1. You dispute the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling verification of accuracy
  2. The processing is unlawful and you oppose data erasure, requesting restricted use instead
  3. The controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but you need it for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
  4. You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) DS-GVO and verification of whether legitimate grounds of the controller override yours is pending
