Your right to restrict processing
Right to restriction
You have the right to request a restriction in the processing of your personal data if one of the conditions in Art. 18 (1) a) to d) DS-GVO is met:
- You dispute the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling verification of accuracy
- The processing is unlawful and you oppose data erasure, requesting restricted use instead
- The controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but you need it for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
- You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) DS-GVO and verification of whether legitimate grounds of the controller override yours is pending
